I was sceptical at first prior to purchase but am very glad I did... Recently I've had trouble with weight gain but using Optifast and swapping one meal out is helping me win the fight... Highly recommend this product if weight loss is your goal. It doesn't leave you hungry but make sure you drink plenty of water.
Very smooth consistency & thicker than most shakes. Very filling
Limited flavour selections. Taste ok, very hard to mix with water, become little stone size powder balls.
Taste is unpleasant and formula very gluggy. This would have to be the worst protein shake I've ever tried. Does not taste chocolatey, and when mixed it developed into little gel like balls with an odd texture. Will never buy again. Will go back to Optifast.
Great product and certainly works towards weight loss.
I recently purchased the platinum plus and it is SO much better than the standard optifast shakes. It is so easy and tastey to drink. Worth a try and great for weight loss.
Not as nice taste as the other brand i bought off you guys. Protein plus taste a lot better.
