I’ve bought 2 packs now and this is delicious. I wizz it up using a hand held electric mixer and it comes out smooth and thick! I really struggled to drink the other versions which came out like flavoured water. This shakes is very much like a thick shake and I often add more water to thin it out (which is amazing). The Vanilla is versatile, allowing me to add instant coffee, milo or frozen banana to change it up. I recommend using fridge cold water or throwing in a few ice cubes. The shakes fill me up in the moment and last 2-3 hours but I do need a snack between. I won’t be starving though. I’m losing about 1/2 kilo a week replacing one of my meals with the shake. Yuk - this is the worst tasting meal replacement I have ever had. I purchased based on the reviews. Definitely going to lose weight cause I'll be drinking nothing!

Mine just arrived. I'm only looking to loose a few kg. Thought these would be a good meal replacements. Easy instructions, nice packaging, tastes delicious and creamy (only mixed with cold water!) So far very happy
I have really enjoyed the taste and texture of this shake, although not for everyone they have been very effective in my weight loss. Completing 3 shakes per day, alternating between chocolate and vanilla flavour and I’ve lost 10kg over 4.5 weeks. Very happy so far, will continue for another 4 weeks and re-introduce food as guided by my health professional.
Terrible, the taste of this is the worst I have ever tried, straight to the garbage bin. Much better to use Musashi protein or Rapid Loss high protein, they taste a lot better and are more healthy. Optislim is really bad.
Too lumpy. I got this to try because it was on sale. I have to make in a blender to get any smoothness. The ordinary one is 100% better.
Best Shake, I have tried them all and I find this taste the best. Mix with water and can add frozen fruit. I love pink dragon fruit. I have purchased many boxes of this as I am unable to find it anywhere else. 18 sachets is better value than others. I also had more water a bigger serve.
