Would not recommend, the aftertaste is not something you want to deal with. I thought that when I bought this it would be the best out of them as the other reviews had suggested. However both the Chicken and this Pumpkin one were disgusting. When I look at the opened boxes in my pantry with one satchel removed from each I die a little inside knowing I spent 20 bucks a pop for something I will never ingest again.

I found these virtually inedible. Once was enough, I've got the rest of the box in the back of the cupboard still.

I like this product. It's a good replacement to having just the shakes all the time. By itself it's not great but, adding some seasoned (I love chilli and garlic) stir fry or roasted veges to it, makes it actually really nice.
