When it's working it's great with good speed, unfortunately mine kept on restarting out of the blue. Sometimes it seems to switch from 4g to 3g with a massive speed hit. Was told to just reset it from support at optus. I would have to reset it 3-4 times a day which out on the road was a real pain. Took back for a full refund no questions asked

I bought this Optus modem to use when I travel or need to work from home, but have had to stop using it. The modem cuts out randomly about once an hour, often cutting off Zooms. Random long reboot times and too fiddly to use for work. Major mistake, it's been of almost no value. Optus service is also poor - data errors, impossible to get in touch, poor broadband coverage. I've been using my Telstra mobile hotspot instead, much more reliable.

Can’t load the sms messages. Internet speeds are super slow. Can’t troubleshoot as the device isn’t on the Optus webpage. Super expensive. Don’t recommend.
