Initially requested for return as I see the tamper seal seem broken. My husband rechecked and there’s one area still intact meaning it was broken due to shipping and handling. Inside it is also sealed. Easy to shape just follow the instructions. I don’t have full teeth so i thought it will fall off. It’s ok even with gaps as long as you mold it properly. Light and snug fit. Happy I decided on this instead of another brand. Hopefully help with my jaw issue.

My boyfriend got this for me since I grind my teeth so hard according to him, it sounds like I'm grinding pieces of my teeth between my teeth. The directions were super easy to follow and my mouth guard came out perfectly and is working great for me! I don't wake up feeling as tired as I normally do. I don't understand why a lot of the reviews are saying it didn't come out right, it snapped in half, etc. I'm sorry, but it has to be the user's fault. Yes, if you don't read the directions carefully and more than once, you might do it wrong. Yes if you pry at the guard trying to get it out without slowly lifting both sides first then the center then it'll break. Just follow directions and be careful and you'll be satisfied with your purchase
Seems to work quite well once I made the impression.I could not detect any Scope taste, even when brand new and has a slight "rubbery" taste, but not offensive.It took more than one and one-half minutes in my 20 year old microwave to get the guard soft enough to make the impression.I had considerable difficulty removing the guard from the tray but followed advice from the video to place the tray with the guard in the freezer for around a minute.I will likely buy the product again if it holds up for the advertised /- 6 months.
I bought this because I have a tendency to grind and snap my teeth at night (due to stress). This guard fits my small mouth and is very comfortable. It does not feel like there is a lot of plastic in my mouth, and it doesn't choke or gag me. Stays in the whole night. I can close my lips around the guard and sleep very comfortably with it in all night. Following the instructions and fitting it was very easy. The scope flavor is not heavy and disappears after a few uses. Compared to another brand name guard this one is slim and soft. I love it!
I really wanted to like this product. Shaping is was easy and it fit comfortably in my mouth. (Also wore it with my CPAP mask and had no issues.) The problem was after the initial shaping, after I let the thing sit in the plastic tray to dry out and harden, when I attempted to remove the molding from the plastic tray, the molding snapped in half. It didn't break completely, it only fractured it. So I followed the reshaping instructions, hoping that would fuse the fracture back together. No such luck. Used the fitted piece for about 2 weeks and it has gotten progressively weaker. It feels like its about to snap in half for good. Gonna try a different brand.
