I received the Oral-B 3D White replacement brush heads to test out. I've bought and tried a few other Oral-B replacement heads, so I feel like a bit of an expert on the subject. I received a brush head refill along with the Oral B Pro 400 VITALITY Rechargeable Toothbrush a few weeks ago, and I am very impressed with the cleaning ability of this brush. It does a good job of removing tartar and plaque and leaves my teeth feeling very smooth and clean. I feel like it does an excellent job of cleaning along the gumline, and I have noticed a definite whitening of my teeth from using this. I don't know if there are different types of heads which can be used with the model of toothbrush I was provided. The one I received fit perfectly. The head was round, and I believe spins when turned on. The size and shape made it easy to be intentional about where you were cleaning, and even allowed access to smaller areas. I also found it very easy to remove the head so you could rinse/clean after use. The brush came with a color band to identify it meaning you could theoretically share with someone else, and keep track of which brush was yours. Note, the crossaction heads are stated to remove 500% more plaq as per the oral-b website, but there is no information about plaq removal for the 3D white. The other parts of my teeth will be brushed when I go over the chewing surfaces, gently "rolling" the brush from side to side. Using this technique, my whole mouth felt extra clean - much cleaner than when I was using my regular manual brush. That said, I did end up brushing for a bit longer, too. After around a month of using this brush head, I found that there are fewer stains on my chewing surfaces. However, the stains on the non-chewing surfaces of my teeth (especially those in my smile) didn't seem to fade, likely caused by the fact that the polishing cup doesn't really touch those areas (because of the raised bristles).

I've been using this product for a while now and all I can say is it's truly amazing! I have really sensitive gums and was really concerned it would be too rough. I was completely wrong! Even on the 2nd speed(which is my favourite setting) it's really light on the gums while cleaning your teeth. My teeth feel like you were just at the dentist, everyday! It really is a deep clean and reaches plaque or left behind food. I would completely recommend this product to others! It's worth it and it will make brushing so much better!
I absolutely love these brush heads. They've made my teeth at least a shade or two wider. I love that the Brussels aren't too harsh and it has a little polishing cup, which I think really is helped with stain removal. I love that these replacement heads come with colored rings to color, coordinate toothbrushes amongst my household.
