From the packaging to the oil itself, I really like everything about this product. The slower pour bottle makes drizzling that much easier. I loved the taste, it was incredibly clean and nutty. The flavour of the olives really came through and is perfect for dressing or just to Dip in bread. I wouldn’t cook with this as it’s too delicious.

This olive oil is wonderfully flavorsome. It has quite a peppery bite to it and yet is quite rounded. I would recommend adding it just plain to your salads. No need to add anything really as it strong enough to enhance the flavour of your meal. I also used it with roasted vegetables but added it cold after they were cooked to keep the goodness of the oil alive (also great to add to butternut/sweet potato mash at the end).
