This is hands-down, the best Ashwagandha of tea!! I have tried many different varieties of this specific tea. This organic India Tulsi has the best quality blend with great benefits. The flavor and ingredients are superb. I keep this stocked in my tea cabinet and drink a cup every day. It works so well for stress for me!

I am always in pursuit of natural ways to keep my blood pressure in check, and one of the reported benefits of Ashwagandha is lowering blood pressure. I drink several teas from Organic India, which creates high quality teas, so thought I would give their Tulsi Ashwagandha a try. It is not necessarily flavorful, but I drink tea for health benefits, not flavor. I don't actually know if it is specifically helping with my blood pressure, but it is definitely not hurting it. I am adding this tea to my weekly mix of teas!

I give this only 4 stars because the taste isn’t something that I love. It’s a very unique taste to me that’s not my favourite but I can drink it no problem. The benefits outweigh the taste by far. This tea helps me so much with anxiety and relaxing. Since there is no caffeine it’s good to take before bed. I take it everyday, sometimes in morning and sometimes in the evening. It feels like a quality product, although I prefer loose leaf tea this blend does that job.
iHerb carries a multitude of fantastic brands including Organic India. Tulsi is so beneficial and their different blends of teas provide an easy way to consume this wonderful herb. I drink a cup of herbal tea every morning before work and I have a selection to choose from day to day. This was a great addition. I already take Ashwagandha so this tea just helps to enhance the benefits that I already experience.
This has become a favourite night time tea. Top quality ingredients as usual from Organic India. Delicious taste which is so enjoyable to drink as well as containing the benefit of Ashwagandha and Tulsi. We use it most nights for aiding relaxation and sleep. The packaging is very attractive and effective - each tea bag serving is individually packaged so is kept very fresh. We also enjoy the Organic India Tulsi Gotu Kola which is also delicious.
While I ventured into trying Ashwagandha tea with an open mind, I found that its distinct flavor wasn't quite to my personal taste. It's not that the taste was unpleasant; it simply didn't resonate with me. Interestingly, my mom tried it and very much appreciated its unique flavor profile! It's a testament to how individual and varied our taste preferences can be. If you're curious about Ashwagandha tea, it might be worth giving it a shot – you might find yourself on either side of the taste spectrum!
Ashwaganda is great to calm and relieve the stress from body. It is famous adaptogen and support immune function. The package of Organic India is good, but price is high for just 18 servings. Taste is also just ok, but this should not be a problem because health benefits are more important, moreover I have found that most herbal teas tastemore or less the same. But good caffeine free tea with calming effects.
