I'm low-caffeine and often have a serving after a carb-laden meal or before bed, just to relax, but at $4.50+ for a box of maybe 16 tea bags, it's an expensive prospect. This bag has over 200 servings of loose tea for the cost of 4 boxes! The package is resealable, but I put it into a ziploc bag to insure the quality is maintained in storage.The tea itself has two ingredients: holy basil and East Indian basil, and has a slightly sweet taste (though ther eare no sweetners listed). It's an excellent value and I look forward to reaping the benefits of drinking this tea more frequently, instead of saving it for occasional use.

I'm an herbalist and Tulsi is one of my favorite herbs. There's several varieties of Tulsi... some are more spicy with clove-like notes and others are sweeter tasting with more fruity notes. I like that this is a blend of 3 varieties (Krishna, Rama and Vana). It leans more towards the fruity side (definitely my preference for tea) but has a really nice balance of flavors overall - the smell and flavor is divine. I have used this for tea blends as well as for making tinctures, and I will continue to buy from this company. One of my favorite things to do is make a cold-brew tea overnight and strain in the morning, then add a bit of rosewater and ice.
