I didn’t notice much a difference using this when I blow out my hair versus a couple other Oribe products and other brands. I have fine curly hair, so I tend to only use a small amount of the styling creams. I didn’t notice my hair frizzed any less when exposed to humidity, and I didn’t notice a longer lasting blow out. I also did not notice my hair felt to blow out more effortlessly compared to other products. The only thing I find that was truly transformed my blow outs is the brush that I use. I expected a lot more from this product, especially considering the price point. I imagine this is more effective for those with thicker hair, who can use a bit more of the product and really work it in their hair. As for me, I will not purchase this again. I do like that there is no scent. I should add, as huge issue I had initially was the mechanism delivering the product. I had to prime the pump for over a minute... I had to continuously pump it till something came out. I called my local salon that carries it and they told me to keep trying and eventually it would come out and that other people had encountered that same issue. Eventually the product was dispensed, but that was really irritating.

Love the effect of this product. It holds my hair really well but I can't feel anything in my hair. The only point I would make is that with it being a pump dispenser, the first time I used it, I discovered that the amount it dispenses is far too much for my length of hair so I've had to practice to control of the pump. But the product is great, Oribe always smells so lovely, it feels good to put in and I'm happy with the effect.

I am truly impressed with . I have fine thin hair that tends to get oily at the scalp. I found this product gave my hair the extra thickness of Oribe thickening spray without feeling gritty. I can easily run my hands through my hair. I followed the directions and used the product from route to end and my roots still has good volume even in my fine here. The product comes out like a crème mouse and I used 2 healthy pumps in my hair (which I was concerned might be too much but I haven’t seen evidence of that). And the smell…I would buy this product just for that wonderful Oribe product scent. I wasn’t sure what to expect but somehow this still exceeded my hopes. Definitely recommend.

If you know Oribe you are probably familiar with the bottle and the scent. I was a little thrown off because the product page calls this a “spray” and it definitely is not. This is more like a serum, or leave in conditioner as it’s a little on the heavier side. I have fairly thin hair but I have a lot and it’s dry so I don’t usually worry about products weighing my hair down. I ran this through my hair probably a little drier than I would like because I was worried it was going to sit on top of my hair and not absorb, therefor looking greasy. But it actually turned out ok. I blow dried my hair when it was about 85% dry and it left my hair shiny and more manageable. I also styled with curls after and it held my curls well into the evening. It’s a winner.

Amazing Product

This product is Magic - absolute magic. I am somewhat of a product junky and have used A LOT of different hair products through the years. After using the Imperial Blowout Styling Creme for 2 months, I will never use or purchase a different styling product. I am in my sixties with fine somewhat thinning hair; this product makes me look like I have actual hair - and a lot of it. It is worth every single dime. Highly Recommend. My daughter who has "normal" hair used it and loved it as well.

Amazing blowout results! Love it 🥰

This made my hair voluminous, sleek and soft with the perfect amount of texture. I have color-processed, long, layered, super fine hair with an medium density and this did not weigh my hair down. Imperial Blowout gives me a shiny supermodel blowout with more ease than my previous hair products; I used Kerastase for 10 years until a few weeks ago (due to the lack of quality of their reformulations) and I switched to Oribe and I have not stopped receiving compliments. My hair feels and looks incredible!!! Thanks Oribe!!

Blowout last for days!

This product surpassed any expectations I had from reading even the best of reviews. It’s nothing short of amazing. I am using the entire product line, and loving it. The blowout styling cream makes my blowout last for days, 6 days to be exact. I barely have to brush out my fine, thick long hair. It leaves my hair silky soft, smooth and shiny and it smells so delicious. It truly is transformed. This product, and the whole line is the most expensive I’ve ever indulged in and I have to say it’s worth every penny of how confident I feel when I have really great hair.

Goldilocks Treatment

Use Sparingly

This creme dispenses like a mousse, and is very thick! A little goes a very long way. It's very effective for a "big hair" blowout, but if your hair is thin and fine like mine, a different product might be a better alternative. Even using a little amount, it weighed down my fine hair. Having said that, I gave it four stars for scent, hair thickening ability, product texture, and packaging.

perfect salon blow out

So I just got a new haircut. Curtain bangs and layers. Loved it when she blew it out at the salon. When I did it at home it was a hot mess. I have naturally curly hair which leads to frizz when I blow it out straight. I use oribe shampoo too so I thought I’d give this a go. So so so glad I did. Helps tame frizz, keep my hair detangled while blowing out and I think it helps keep my hair somewhat straight while I’m drying other sections. Curly hair and frizzy girls- you need this. I use this with a heat protectant, scalp moisturizer, and my blow dry brush.
