Tried the apple cinnamon breakfast. I don't know what I was expecting, but it wasn't the deliciousness that I got! Usually a porridge consistency makes me feel yuk, but this was so good! And made me feel great for my long run

I have been having the breakfast 400kcal for the last 2 months for breakfast 6 days a week. This is the only change to my diet and exercise regime. I have lost 2 kgs without changing anything else. The breakfast has stopped my food cravings and picking, and on top of that I love that it is such a well balanced and healthy meal. I’ve introduced many friends and family to the breakfast and they are all converted. I love the mix of flavours in the variety pack too. Well done Radix! Jenni

Love these breakfasts, they’re my go to option every morning. Perfect pre-workout for energy & light on the stomach or post workout combined with a recovery smoothie - yum!I always buy the variety pack so I can change things up each day.

It's just wonderful to have found a delicious, convenient and nutrition packed breakfast made right here in New Zealand. After my morning run I'm hurrying to get out the door to get to the office, now I don't have to think twice about how to get in a nutritious morning meal, and the variety is fantastic. The breakfast pouches are an essential part of my day . They are super tasty and very easy to prepare. I get called out at very short notice and having an easy to grab meal is crucial. The protein satchel’s allow me to “top up” my protein intake if ive had a busy day

super easy to make and yummy with hot water and a bit of honey on top! I've honestly liked every flavour I've tried but I think strawberry or mango are my favourites! makes it so much easier to fit a nutritious breakfast into my day as well.
