For what I immediately liked the cream, it's for its ability to refresh the face. I don’t know what ingredients work and give such an effect (maybe caffeine?), But how cool it is to feel something like this in the morning - the skin seems to wake up, it is filled with such freshness, which does not burn or injure the face. In parallel with the feeling of coolness and freshness, the cream creates a very subtle and light illumination of the face, the shining particles do not betray themselves in any way, giving only a beautiful glow without artificiality. Such a radiant effect is quite dangerous and moody, because its finish can draw attention to areas with enlarged pores and skin texture. I used this product both am and pm, with and without makeup, alone and with my routines. While It's confusing at first to call it a mask when it feels like another moisturizer but it does have differences. You must keep it as a thin layer. It does give a brightening treatment. It goes well under makeup to give you that brighter glow. The micro beads are actually tiny capsules of mica, a bronze mix similar to the Origins Ginzing glow boost moisturizer which always gives me such a healthy glow. So to me this product is like a combination of a vitamin c brightening treatment mask with just enough of that glow boost moisturizer sprinkled in. Also, the tub is larger than usual Origins moisturizers and it's filled to the TOP. Glows but does not absorb

I tried this some years ago and loved it but the last time I bought this (last year) it's not the same. It basically sits on top of my skin and pills. You can see the lines where it stops (e.g., under my eyes). In order to use it, I have to use another moisturizer or a primer and then use this more as a highlighter. I'm so dissapointed in so many of Origins products in recent years. They keep doing away with great products (united state, moisturizers, lip sticks and tinted lip balms, mascara, and more) and for the products that remain, some of those are going down hill. I've been a faithful customer for at least 20 years and am sad to say I've been forced to look elsewhere for my skincare.

Holy Grail!!

I absolutely love this product! I use it almost every day and it gives me a nice, healthy glow. I add some setting powder to tone it down if it's too glowy. It's the first tinted moisturizer I've used that actually has a moisturizer texture and not a bb cream texture. As someone with dry skin, it can be a bit drying but I use a hydrating serum beforehand to help with that. The only downside is that I am a bit pale so sometimes it can make me orangy if I put on too much.

Love the Glow!

I received this as a gift, along with several other parts of the Ginzing line. Under normal circumstances I have combination skin with occasional break-outs. Prior to using this moisturizer I was experiencing extreme confidence-crushing dry skin, I think due to pregnancy/postpartum hormones. I couldn't touch my face to brush away a hair without making it flake/scale, let alone with a makeup brush, for over a year. And while it didn't solve the problem, it helped and it gave my skin the most beautiful glow which was heaven sent because with such dry skin I couldn't wear any makeup at all. Nope

I like the Ginzing line, so I decided to give this one a try. Bought is a while back while I finished using my other moisturizer and wish I had just reordered my normal one.Unfortunately, the "glow" it gives is more of an orange. I don't apply a lot because I just don't use that much moisturizer, but I tried this for a week and no matter how much I applied, I looked like an Oompa Loompa. This is why I'm so hesitant to try new things. I wouldn't recommend this product unless you have a darker skin tone that can help to mute the orange color.

So disappointed!

I bought this thinking it was the energy boosting or energizing gel moisturizer in new packaging (please stop changing packaging!!). It's a completely different product, and it's orange. I am on the pale side and absolutely can't use this product. On top of the horrible color, I can feel it on my face, like it's not soaking in even though I used the tiniest bit because of the color. Really hoping it doesn't break me out. I bought two of these at the same time thinking it was the other product, what a waste of money. :(

So glad it’s back

I used to use this product when it was originally on Mecca listed as ‘limited edition’ and had ordered it several times before it disappeared from the site. I had always hoped it would prove popular enough to become a regular feature so was very happy to see it back. As the weather heats up the warm glow this gives my skin is perfect for the season. I also love Perricone MD face finishing and firming tinted moisturizer which has subtle pigment adjusting elements to warm your skin tone. It’s a lovely product, but pricey, so I enjoy mixing it up between these two products or even mixing them to make the Perricone last longer before I need to repurchase. I also love the consistency and brightening effect of this product.

Wonderfully surprising

First time trying this moisturizer, I've tried almost every one here. The shimmer was concerning at first but of course Origins knows what they're doing! It blends in to make almost like a warm highlight. Really loving the way I can rely on this product to bring me a nice bright and awake look. Gives a little bit of tint so I look sun kissed and alive. As a tired chronically ill person this product is really helpful when my skin is looking bad but I need to get away with some sort of "makeup," so this is perfect for no-makeup makeup looks. The only con to me is that because of the shimmer this is solely a daytime moisturizer. For folks looking for an am/pm moisturizer, you'd have to splurge on a second product. Which isn't really a con if you love Origins.

Wrong description

I am big fan of Origins products using since many years. I have tried almost all of products. But this one disappointing me. The color of this product give you dark complexion. Moisture level is same as other Moisturizers. But color selection is extremely wrong. It should be neutal or light. They did not describe the product too. Some people said it gives lightweight make look or glow, so I want to clear that if you are looking for Moisturizer and you have light skin tone plz don't buy this product. The color is coffee brown seems like mixture of warm color foundation and Moisturizer. Glowing stuff is mixture of highlighter.
