Because of this she is only allowed to play on the carpet and cannot carry it to her playroom etc. Maybe in the future you could make it accessible with protective covering left on iPad .

This is great for a basic introduction to coding! My 6 year old loves this. I like how it promotes critical thinking skills but also feels like a fun video game. It is pricey but I waited for a sale.
My child absolutely loves this toy. I thought it would be a little advanced, however it has been perfect for my little one! Like that it is very interactive.
Not that I want to encourage more time spent on the iPad but this thing is great for teaching coding. My 5 year old still has a little trouble getting going but it will come. The only annoying thing is taking the iPad out of the case each time we want to use it. Otherwise great!
I bought this to add to our osmo line up when my SK started doing coding. With the virtual learning I found it ended up being a lot of screen time. He does enjoy it but at this age it’s not something he will do on his own. I have to sit with him and help. He gets frustrated when he’s trying to move the screen to see ahead and it takes it as “I’m done”. It’s not as basic as what he was working on in his class.
Great educational screening time and fun. Is a win-win, my daughter loves it.
2 major problems 1) each package comes with a base and reflector —- why?????? 2) the base only accepts the osmo designed base which has NO handle, NO stand, and makes the ipad control buttons difficult to access
