About as large as you would want for mountain biking. Loads of room for clothing and tools. Many really nice features, including multiple pockets and a helmet holder.

Usually ones that do fit are too small to fit all my work essentials in.I bought the S/M bag and so far it’s been really brilliant. It fits my laptop, change of clothes, food, water bottle etc all in with no bother. It has really generous hip belt pockets, perfect for my phone, keys and easy access to work pass. The included rain cover has been handy this ‘summer’ too! Been mtbing in the Pyrenees for 10 days. Had the capacity needed for all my kit. Easy to pack and zips strong. I liked the helmet carrier. Had to put my old camel val bladder in as it doesn’t come with one. Did some serious off road descents and bag was very secure and barely noticeable
