I have Coeliac Disease and therefore do not absorb calcium as well as I should. In the past I have been diagnosed as bordering on Osteoporosis but taking Ostelin Calcium & Vitamin D3 has improved my bone density considerably. It is a very effective product.

Being now in my late 70's, 185cm tall, and weigh ~ 82kgs, I was recommended by my doctor about 2 years ago to start taking these tablets 2 once a day to help control my osteoporosis. She said they take a long time to do their job, because they're like "building blocks" forming in your body that restore the strength you need in your bone structure to get back to doing the physical things in your life that you handled easily, before you developed your osteoporosis. She's right. I regularly have to do physical work that I reckon most other Ozzie blokes my age don't have to. This is the only product I would buy if I need Calcium. I can't remember how many times I've purchased this product. Recommended it to many other ppl.
