It is great value for the price, but the gel pills were all stuck together. After separating them, which took a while, they were all OK, no breaks, I don't know if they are all like that. I didn't mind separating them all, but someone else might, so just be aware. There was nothing wrong with the pills once I separated them.

As my title states, I have been diagnosed as Vitamin D deficient but since taking Ostelin Vitamin D3 1000IU it is now under control. That this is a capsule makes the taking of it easy to swallow. This is something I have found difficult to do with other vitamin tablets. I recommend this to anyone who has this same difficulty and the need to boost their vitamin D intake.

My vitamin d is gets dangerously depleted due to regular medication & sun sensitivity, so I need to take it daily during winter and twice a week in summer. Ostelin keeps my levels in the right range

These were very effective for me as shown in my blood work. My vitamin D levels came back up into a healthy range after being on these.
I take one of these daily in the evening to support my low vitamin D levels. Have never had an issue with my readings since starting on this product.
For years my Vitamin D level had been very low. On my GP’s advice, I have been taking Ostelin for many years. There has been great improvement after I have taken Ostelin and I don’t have deficiency in Vitamin D anymore. I strongly recommend anyone who is deficient in Vitamin D to take Ostelin, especially for those who for any reason cannot go outside to have sufficient Vitamin D intake naturally under the sun.
Great product Everyone that cant get out in the sun enough this is so important to take, especially needed through winter when we all are indoors more. I have been on these vitamin d 1000IU for a few years now . They do there job and I recommend them . My fiance is now on them and the results have been good for the past 3 weeks. So now my sister is on them .. People say they don't work . But trust me go off of them for a few weeks, and your body will be craving them . I was quite amazed with the bulk bottle so close in price to the bottle size down from it - No brainer really to buy the bigger bottle with so many more tablets in it & save money too !
