I bought three wall chargers and four cords for our iPhones. Of those seven items, one wall charger and three cords have quit working. We’ve only had the items 2 months. I bought these expensive chargers because I thought they would last. I went to get a return on the first cord that literally fell apart and was told I had to pay shipping on the new cord and returning the faulty cord at the tune of $20.00. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not purchase.

These are great for exercising with ambient noise, they’re comfortable and built well. But if you like to listen to music as loud as I like to sometimes, it defeats their purpose because having them loud almost completely eliminates external noise anyway, so you might as well get some good inner ear headphones at that point.

I purchased product and after 6 months of VERY light use it has stopped working! I only used the product in the home about 2x a months. I’ve called customer service and no one answered after 10 minutes waiting. I’m disappointed.
