I bought this chair a month ago and it is very hard on your buttock. No good to anyone with spinal, hip or pain problems. Also, I paid to have someone come out to put it together as I just had a spinal injection. No-one came. They took the money anyway and didn't bother telling Office Works. That's really poor..and btw theft.
