Great bowls! My dogs used to eat in 1 minute! No kidding, one eats in 15 minutes the other takes 30 minutes! Unbelievable difference

I bought this because it says it is almost 3 inches tall. I add water to my dogs food so I wanted one that was taller to accommodate for that. Unfortunately the way this is designed, only the inner part is that tall and each ring going out is lower. Because of this pyramid design, once I add water, it flows right from the middle to the lowest ring which can’t be more then 1 inch high leaving no kibble or water in the middle and I’m not able to add nearly as much water as I would like.

My puppy went from inhaling his meals in 30 seconds to actually chewing some of his kibble and it taking him 8 minutes to complete his meals. I have a large bread and the food he\'s on now is 1½ cups per meal and it fits no problem still has a bit of room for larger quantities. Definitely recommend!

No idea why this is described as a cat bowl; it is gigantic (10.5" in diameter). More appropriate for a bull-mastiff than for a small sized dog, let alone a cat.Other than the misleading size guide, product is as advertised.
Thank goodness for this feeder. It has really helped my German shepherd eat slower and now he doesn’t inhale his food, gag, throw it up and eat it again! He’s gotten used to it and is now able to eat every kibble out of the grooves.
I wish I had known about these type of bowls sooner. My kitty is a rescue (as a 1 month old kitten) and for some reason he eats as if his food is going to disappear if he doesn't eat it fast enough only for him to regurgitate it back up :( .This slow feeder has staved off his gorging habit =D plus he seems to rest better as well, which I think is due to the added mental stimulation he has to use to fish his food out of the little nooks and crannies of his slow feeder! Win win
Amazing product; slowed our boy down by over 4 times that of a normal bowl. From 1:29 with a normal bowl to 6:45 with this bowl! Extremely happy with this product would highly recommend for fast eaters.
My new Frenchie scarfed down food too fast and then brought it back up. Since purchasing this bowl we have had no issues with his eating and it has slowed him down tremendously. Great purchase for us!
I ordered the 4 cup version, its big enough for my 10 year old American Pit Bull Terrier named Java who eats ground raw meat and bones. I don't know why I didn't buy something like this sooner, as Java "inhales" her food so fast from a normal bowl. I mash the ground meat inside the crevices of the slow feeder and now instead of finishing her meal in 20 seconds, it takes her about 3-4 minutes to get most of the food, and probably another 5 or more minutes of just licking inside every crevice to get every single bit of food. Seems like this is not only good for her digestion, but also good for her brain and engagement. This is one of the best purchases I have made for Java over the years.
I bought this bowl, because I have an eager eater. My pup had such bad hiccups after eating. This bowl has slowed him down during meal time and no more hiccups.
