This bent icing knife was the one item that was missing from my utensil draw. I have had times when I have needed a bent knife to successfully ice that cake or smooth out that batter. Well,I finally treated myself to one! It's a great product and very good quality!

This kitchen utensil is a must have, the handle is large with a beautiful long handle that glides over frosting, mash potatoes and so much more. Trying to make that perfect edging on chocolate cake, this OXO holds perfect fit to circle the plate and master edges.
Very nice spatula, great for cupcakes. It is easy to hold onto and work with. It is a smaller spatula, so please look at size to see if it fits your needs. You could certainly frost a basic cake with this, but a large cake or multiple cakes I feel it would be better suited for a larger size. Quality product, I would recommend.
I thought this would be smaller like a plastic one I had purchased years ago which was maybe 6in total, but this was a bit larger and definitely longer. Overall, we love OXO products and this one seems it will last. I like that it's metal so I feel I won't ruin in. I've used It for accessing things in jars and as a spreader.
At work we call these 'off-set spatulas' and they are useful for so many things, they're definitely not just a cake specialty item. They're great for spreading anything onto bread, spreading things into a thin even layer like when you're making brittle or barks. They are also maybe the best utensil for trying to remove cakes from cake pans, pies, muffins.
Found one of these at a thrift store. Used it all the time. Frustrated that it seemed to be in the dishwasher most of the time, I ordered 2 more.So simple, yet so useful.
I have struggled frosting cookies and brownies in the pan. But this perfect little tool has made it simple. No more frosting or chocolate on my knuckles.
We both bake and frost cakes and cupcakes. Haven't had a chance to use it yet but we both wanted it for a while. Wished I could have gotten the cake icing utensil also but i will keep looking for it. This brand is very good. We have many cooking utensils by this name. They last along time.
