This is the second of these spatulas I've bought because I loved the first one so much and use it all the time. It's the perfect multipurpose spatula, good for flipping eggs and any sort of general lifting and turning while cooking and baking. The spatula has an edge that is all silicone and it slides quite easily under everything. I like it much better than any hard spatulas I have, and this is the one I've been reaching for daily. The first one I bought is now several years old and the only damage has been where I've laid the handle on a searing hot pan. Don't do that. :-( Otherwise, it's quite durable and cleans up well in the top rack of the dishwasher.

This little turner far exceeded my expectations. I have a drawer full of spatulas that I would buy thinking this would be "the one". This is a great little turner but it still leaves some areas to be desired. I use it often on my large electric indoor griddle for making breakfast for the family. It does great for turning pancakes, eggs and large batches of hash brown potatoes. I have noticed it does struggle to get under foods, almost as if the silicone is just a bit too thick. I also noticed that the silicone tends to skid or stick the non-stick griddle surface. At the end of the day, I will still continue to use this turner although it may not be my favorite but it still earns its keep in my drawer.

I have been using OXO products for many years, and you will not find a bigger fan.
