I have them in with rice, sugar, flour, and another spare for miscellaneous scoop and measuring needs while I’m in the kitchen. A major pro is that each is easy to clean, and so far, the scoops seem durable.

A sample from OXO thank you OXO!I have other storage containers from other manufactures. Mostly my OGGI set from yrs back that I threw out the lids to because they are so darn thick. They must take up a third of the container. These from OXO are wafer thin by comparison. They also go in the dishwasher and come in numerous sizes.Yea OXO nice job on this one.

I’m not using Oxo containers as I bought some and found they weren’t truly airtight (if water can seep out, pantry moths can get in) but these are functional with any wide mouthed flour container. A scoop is essential if you don’t weigh your flour. Flour should be sprinkled lightly into the measuring cup to avoid getting too much. I also plan to buy the perforated scoop for confectioners sugar.

This is a great product with ample room to store almost any loose item that needs easy access. The pop top works very well and forms a nice seal against outside moisture or objects. The visibility is a plus. Unfortunately, I dropped the product right out of the box. It hit the garage floor and cracked along one of the bottom edges. Thus I could not use it for a liquid or any type of flowing product. I did find a use for it in the garage to store some loose parts for the garage system that I have.
I have always wondered if these pop containers really do keep air out. And they do!!! I use mine for white sugar. We live in Florida and the humidity is REALLY bad here. Before I got this pop container I was keeping my sugar in a double ziploc. And even then it would get hard. I no longer have that problem. I can't wait to slowly move all our dry goods over.
I love the OXO Pop Containers, we use them all over the house. But they are a major staple in our pantry for flour, sugar, pastas and cereals. I especially love it for cereal cause my kids can easily access the container and get into it. I've had a few pop containers, but what I love about this specific one is that the little scoop can be attached to the lid. So smart! Need to add more to my collection.

One suggestion I have for OXO. There have been several flour recalls recently. When you throw away the flour bag, you lose the information of the "best used by date" and UPC/lot codes. It would be great to add something like a dry erase/chalk option or removable adhesives so you can write that information somewhere on the container. P.S You can use this container for a lot of other things besides flour, but I use it for flour!
Easy to clean, and seals nicely. Push the center button to hear the air rushing out; make sure the rubber grip is inserted properly for best results. Easy to open and close. It fits a 5 pound package of flour perfectly. Containers feel nice to the touch, light weigh, and feels sturdy. I also like the fact they are BPA free!
The Oxo Good Grips Pop Container Half Cup is very good!I use for my cereal containers, rice and pasta.It’s awesome that I don’t need to keep looking for other measuring cups to pour these products into 🥣 and/or pans
