OXO storage products are amazing and I use them for my pantry due to the air lock storage is perfect for where I live. Its an area where we are surrounded by sand. I'm sure you know what that means, Ants. I enjoy your product although this piticular one I purchased for my sugar isn't the best for me. I filled it half way with sugar to later find ants in the container. I than noticed the small air Crack at the bottom where the sugar dispense from. This one product was just not for me.

The spout is very thin and constantly clogs, the seams also clog because there must not be a gasket to keep granules from entering the twist seams even when tightly closed. Picked it up one day and set it down without much force and the bottom totally fell off in a perfect circle and spilled sugar everywhere. Starting to lose my faith in OXO quality even though most designs are visually great. Going to attempt to contact customer service again to see if they’re able to help at all. My last experience with OXO cx svc was very arduous and unhelpful.

Nostalgic - reminder me of a Diner, and also growing up. Wondering how the plastic tab to open the canister is going to hold up to wear and tear. So far, so good.

I recently became a coffee drinker and have to have my cream and sugar. I was tired of pouring from the sugar bag but wanted something cute. This is simple and gives me that old diner feeling. It fits in the pantry and is a versatile and simple enough design it works with any kitchen.The one complaint i have is that sugar gets in the threading so if you refill it make sure to remove the cap over the sink or a trash can so you don't spill anything on your countertop.Other than that it works well!
I love some things about this dispenser and am not happy about others...Pros: cute, easy to fill and dispense, pour spout closes completely between use. Needs to be bigger!!!Cons: The specs for this item say it is 8 inches high. Not true. It is 5 inches high. I use it for creamer and want to get two more - one for sugar and another for a creamer backup. It is small and I need to fill every three or four days. When refilling, have to be careful with spills - creamer gathers around opening as you unscrew it. I open it over my coffee cup so the powder goes into my cup instead of the counter or floor!

Great sugar dispenser! Many designs have a tube that goes into the cylinder limiting the amount of pour (which gets even worse when there is less sugar in the container), but this one is free-pour so you can simply shake out as much or as little as you like. And because of its 12oz size, you won't have to constantly refill it. Love that it is glass and not plastic... it gives it a higher quality look.
I love OXO products. This sugar keeper is well made and won't break if you should drop it. The lid comes on and off easily unlike so many other sugar keepers. The flip spout assures if it tips over sugar won't accidently come out. This was designed by someone who knows what they were doing. Elizabeth
Trying to reduce the use of plastics, at least in my coffee preparation. My plastic Oxo sugar dispenser was starting to look cloudy, so when I saw this glass version, I snapped it up. It’s a bit bigger than the plastic version, and seems sturdy. And, even though the dispenser lid is plastic, the sugar only contacts it for a brief moment.
Looks nice with a sleek design that stays closed, but turbinado sugar doesn’t dispense as smoothly from it as I would like. If you’re just using it for white sugar, it should be great.
