Excellent product in everyway, solid and sturdy it offers a great performance for budding or accomplished chef. Beware, 23 cm is the small if not very small whisk, perfect for small amount of sauce or mixing in a small Bowl. A must have and a size that is not readily available in most whisk range.

Well made and performs better than my cheap whisk. Easily took out sugar lumps when whisking dry ingredients. Feels like whisking is less laborious with this too. Nice feeling grip too.

The whisk fell off the handle and so I had to throw away - I tried to reconnect but it just fell off again. Poor design and only useful for very lightweight mixtures - I was using it for a pancake mix but that proved too much. Usually love OXO products so this was a big disappointment.
Great grip. Wires are thick enough to look/feel substantial, but not so thick that the whisk feels heavy or unbalanced...which brings me to weight and balance in the hand: both are great.What it's NOT good for (because this is a much shorter list that what it IS good for): small volumes (less than 1 quart); heated applications in anything larger than a Dutch oven (2-3 gallons). If you whip up a lot of thin, small volume sauces, you'll want a dedicated smaller whisk for that. If you're doing a lot of bigger cooking tasks, the substantial nature of this whisk still won't be enough.
We brought this whisk to use over the Christmas period. First time we used it, it broke. The whisk itself comes away from the handle. Every time we place the whisk back on to the handle it comes away again. I personally wouldn't recommended.
I'm so pleased with the Oxo Good Grips small whisk. It's perfect for beating eggs, whisking sauce or generally anything in smaller containers. It's useful size is perfect to take with you to use on the go as it's so compact and light! It's very comfortable in the hand and the non-slip, easy grip is an excellent feature.The price is competitive and I would highly recommend this product.
Bought the triple pack of Amazon Basics balloon whisks because they were inexpensive, knowing that about half of the reviews said that the wires fell out. 10 months later, the wires fell out of the two that I use the most, so I returned them and used the refund to buy this ONE whisk. Out of the box, the wires are both heavier gauge (thicker) AND more flexible/springy--a GREAT combination--and I have no worries that the whisk will fall apart. Feels great in the hand (grip and balance), and it's light-weight. Shoulda bought this to begin with.
The balloon whisk works great. I’m able to use it when I’m mixing the eggs and milk to make French toast. The whisk is light and of great material. I’m able to get a good grip while mixing the food on a bowl and it does not slip of my hand. The whisk is very easy to clean. I use a soft sponge to wash the whisk and it gets clean very well. I’ve used this whisk many times and it still looks brand new. The whisk mixes the food very well ( eggs, flour, sugar etc..) and I’m able to achieve the texture and consistency with this balloon whisk. I definitely recommend this whisk. I use it almost every day to cook my food.
OXO is a good product typically but I cannot rate this today anything higher than 2 stars as it arrived with a wire that is broken. I will return it as these things happen but unfortunately I have no idea when I can get to the store. I have not researched the return period. I ordered online.
