This is my third suction caddy. The other two had different suction styles and both fell off the tile. I like that the suction cups slide and allow placement on different tile sizes so fitting it in the corner is easy. Also the cups have a lever which really presses the cups against the wall. It needs to be applied when dry, to a dry wall. I don't have mine crammed with bottles but I do have a couple of pounds of weight sitting in there at all times. Definitely recommend this. We have 2 of them now and both have stayed up.

I really like this shower caddy and it’s easy to attach with the suction cup devices which you click in place, However every once in a while it comes popping off, and you know this because you’ll hear a gigantic crash coming from your bathroom as it along itself across the shower. On the bright side it doesn’t break or shatter just make sure your shampoo bottles are closed tight after each use because if you’re not home and you don’t know it popped off your corner of your shower you’ll have shampoo all over the place. Or whatever else it is you have open. I mean I don’t think it’s made for heavy shampoo bottles or things of that nature but it does hold nicely smaller bottles or tubes of toothpaste or toothbrush or soaps, washcloths, loofahs.

I’ve been using these for years and they do suction really well and will hold for several weeks but will eventually become loose and as one person mentioned it may happen in the dead of the night-not pleasant if you bed is feet away from the bathroom. Also you cannot place multiple large full bottles of wash/shampoo on at the same time! That said I am looking to replace because they rust terribly. I’m going to try one of the rust free items and hope they suction well.

Large, strong suction cups hold this to the fiberglass shower surround. HOWEVER - you need to LOCK the suction cups into place so it doesn't fall down. The cups gave latches on them to LOCK them in place. You could probably do chin ups with this thing when it's locked properly. It's great. It's also going to depend on your shower walls. My surround doesn't have straight walls, I discovered, so I can only use one suction cup. The cups are moveable but just don't adjust correctly for my wall - that's the wall's fault. I'm using this for travel size toiletries, comb and razor, so using one suction cup is just fine. It's quite large and could fit and hold full size items if you can use both suction cups.
Worked well and looked good when new. Metal parts began corroding within a few months, and look like junk after a year. Suction cups work fine if tray isn't overloaded.I would buy again if the metal parts were changed to non-corrosive stainless steel.I cannot recommend the current version due to corrosion.
Finally! Something that actually stays on my shower wall! I've tried s-o-o-o many of these, and invariably after a few days, they fall down. I've trashed so many. When I told a B&B employee my plight, she recommended the OXO brand, and it works! It holds a good amount. I bought a corner model one. The only thing I wish it had was some kind of protrusion so that I can hang my soapy fluffy scrubber (I don't know what else to call it). There should also be something protruding from the product so that my hang his razor. Hopefully the manufacturer will see this rating and add at least those two protrusions on this excellent product.
When our son moved back home, we were five people using one shower, so I bought five of these! Each shelf holds 4-5 bottles. Since the bottoms are flat (not wire), everything stays upright, no matter their size, and unlike other wire organizers I've bought, the razors don't fall through. There is also a nice size hole in the bottom, so you can put a bottle upside down to get the last of the product.I used these to replace the over-the-shower-head organizer, which I think stresses the plumbing and I know prevented the telephone shower from hanging properly. Some of the five shelves came off once or twice, but I suspect my family is not careful (my shelf has stayed perfectly : ). In any case, it's easy to put it back up. I wouldn't put glass bottles on it just in ... MoreWhen our son moved back home, we were five people using one shower, so I bought five of these! In any case, it's easy to put it back up. I wouldn't put glass bottles on it just in case. The suction cups are super strong and easy to snap on and off. Maybe there was some residue on our tiles when we first stuck them up (note: you have to have old-fashioned smooth tiles for this).
I had purchased one of those shower shelves that go around the nozzle of the shower, but I recently changed to a removable head and the old shelf got in the way of the shower head. So I saw this online, and went in the store to purchase it (sold out, had it shipped - great!!). It's perfect! It locks in place and it looks great. Glad I found it!
I needed a shelf in my tub area. I purchased this one because it stated that it would stay on the wall. I put it up and 5 mins later it came down with a thud. I checked the directions again and put it back up. I noticed when I checked it in 5 min that the 2 suction cups on the right side had come loose. I had the same problem with the other one I purchased. After it falling down 5 times I was going to return it. I ended up putting it on my tub in each corner. I pushed in the suction cups and again the ones on the right keep coming loose but I can still use it. I just keep pushing the suction cups and since I have it sitting on the tub, It wont fall down.
This worked great for about a year or so. Now, it periodically loses its suction and comes crashing to the floor of my shower, along with everything on it. This happened this morning at 6am for the last time. I woke up from the deepest, most beautiful sleep to an earth-shattering crash. Thankfully, it's happened enough times that I the noise didn't scare me. I knew exactly what had happened. Now, I'm on the BBB website looking for a shower caddy that doesn't require suction, and couldn't help but leave a review when I scrolled past this one. BTW, my shower has large, Italian tile, which, I'm pretty sure, is an ideal surface for suctioning.
