More power than the battery saws, doesn't fade and doesn't need recharging allowing to you to stay on the job.Pros - price - less then half the battery version, powerful, ready to use in 5 minutes, bar oil level indicator, and tool less chain tensioner. No mixing fuel or charging expensive batteries. Great safety features - chain break in motor and manual one on machine. Light and quiet.Cons - You need a long extension lead. I bought this week as had a large Ponytail palm to cut.At 1900 watt I can run off my generator . It did a great job with ease.Price was brilliant, performance also . The minor assembly and adjustment simple and quiet .When job finished just pull apart again and clean.Highly recommended for home use.
