Bought this to aid prep for welding and painting. I wire wheel things to get loose stuff off first, then let this sandblaster do the rest in the hard to access areas - and it does a pretty good job. Takes mill scale and paint off effortlessly. Goes through garnet pretty quick, but not to the point where I think its wasteful.If purchasing, consider a compressor fitting and an extra bucket or garnet too.

Bought it with low expectations to knock some rust of some old spoked farm equipment wheels. Was pleasantly surprised with how well it went. Knocked the rust off and gave a surface that still needed some work with phosphoric acid, but was heaps better that what I started with and so much easier.Good: Cheap, convenient size, works as advertised and its cheap.Bad: goes through a lot of abrasive grit and the hopper on the gun is small. The small bottles that come with it will be lucky to last 2 minutes.If you have a lot of stuff to do, get a cheap tarp to spread on the ground to catch the bits and some fly screen or a sieve to recycle the grit.... and a bucket of grit, it uses a lot.

Bought one and worked well until the plastic body split. Air pressure was not as high as instructional information.
Next to useless. Used the included media in no time. Only useful for very small parts or very small areas of rust. You need to fill with media every 30 seconds.
I could throw sand harder than this unit. Complete waste of time. Taking it back for a refund! Think my hair-dryer has more power to be honest.
Pure rubbish waste of money don’t buy this product filling up sand every 30 seconds like other review said it not worth it couldn’t even remove Rust form trailer and nozzle is too wide and sand doesn’t come out flying make own with small nozzle watch it ripped off rust
Ozito 500ml Air Sand Blasting Gun
Bought this a few months ago to have a first go with sandblasting some small parts. So far it’s been really good. You’ll need to spend a bit of time with the provided thread tape on initial set up to ensure you’ve sorted out any leaks at the connection points. This was probably 5-10 mins of faffing about as it took me a few goes to ensure they didn’t leak, but after all the connections were sorted it’s been golden. I’m also running it off a small 6L compressor, and I was initially worried that it wouldn’t put out enough air pressure to make it work properly, but the combination of that small compressor and this gun have been totally fine for small jobs.
