I did research before settling on Ozito. It's not a top quality brand and the packaging states categorically the tool and batteries are for DIY/Home use only. Fine, that's exactly what I want them for. I could find no negative comments about the brand, and just a few failures that were accommodated by the warranty. Its Bunnings own brand, apparently and I'm guessing it would not be a good look for them to be selling junk. Only thing that surprised me was that there was no charge at all in the batteries initially - usually there's around 50% to keep the batteries in good shape but I have to have confidence that the manufacturers know their stuff.
Excellent product,batteries really last a long time before recharging, which is really fast.
Batteries have cheap low capacity cells with half the capacity of other 18650 cells so batteries are double the bulk and weight of other batteries with the same capacity.

Cheapest batteries you can get even if you didn't need the charger. Haven't had any issues with them, work as described. Check stock cause they sell out quick.
I bought this pack and a few tools yesterday, charged both batteries over night to use on my sander, for them both to only last 5minutes. You get what you pay for, but Ozito has by far the worst battery life and cheapest tools to ever hit the Aussie Market. Save your money and buy Dewalt or literally any other brand. $400 down the drain! 👎🏽
