Bought it late September, used it 3 times for very light work (drilled a few holes). Completely broken as of middle of November. Went in to exchange and they didn't have stock to replace so I got a full refund, probably worked out for the best I got a refund so I can buy something else instead.

Very impressed with the power, battery capacity and value for money, not perfect but not expected to be for peanuts price wise. Battery level indicator very handy function, ideal for diy use and even some more heavy duty jobs, one of half a dozen ozito skins we have and pretty impressed by the brand.

I purchased the brushless hammer drill skin along with an impact driver, and mini blower with a dual battery and charger pack last Saturday. I was impressed by the hammer drills solid metal chuck and the weight of the unit, it feels quite solid and well made and as a drill into wood it functioned as one would expect, but as a hammer drill it struggled to go through walls with a 5mm bit, I had to put up half a dozen pictures into brick walls but could hardly feel any hammer action at all and it seemed to lack power to me (I do have an electric hammer drill that works well) the other products are all of a good finish and I still think there is value here in this as a drill but I couldn't recommend it as a hammer drill.

Great home handiman drill. Does everything I want in a drill. I already have other ozito 18v tools
I have a few Ozito power tools and this brushless impact drill has met all expectations. So hand and uses the same range of battery and chargers, as with my other products. Great product and so versatile for my domestic applications.
Way better than I expected. The hammer action drilled into brick with minimal effort. Top marks.
Bought this to drill 12 x 7mm holes into cedar block. Using the concrete drill bits. A bit hard for this machine. I had to use smaller drill bits to start it, then use the right size drill bit to finish. It won't be like cutting through butter/wood. Need a lot of man-power to push. If you want to drill bigger hole, i would suggest getting one that is more powerful.
The Ozito hammerless drill is a very well made well performed tool,I would recommend this brand to anyone needing a reliable & well made tool.
