I can't speak highly enough of the Ozito Brand Tools and this multi-tool is no exception. Lovely grip, low vibrations in my opinion and i love the quick release attachment system. With the adapter which comes with the Multi-tool, most other brand attachments can also be used. I have a host of other Ozito Tools and this tool just adds to my tool collection. I've used other brands but i find this tool saves time with the quick release and does a great job.

Brought this to replace my corded one. So far has done many tasks and no probs. The only thing what is backwards I have found is the release lever. It is a lot harder to pull over to release attachment, whereas my corded one has a easy lift lever. But still a lot better than having to use an allen key.

Bought this to remove carpet glue and gunk on my aluminium pontoon deck to lay new carpet. Gave it a good work out over a couple of days andd worked a charm. The ozito blade didn't last but bought a Powerfit scraper blade (need to use the little adapter ring supplied by Ozito) and it tore it off.

Excellent tool, only let down by weak accessory blades. The tool itself is powerful for the price and long lasting, with decent battery life; The only flaw is the weakness of the accessory blades which lack hardness and durability and die fast, which is a pain the first time you discover it, partway through a job. However, pick up some quality accessory blades and this tool will really show its' value. As a sander, be wary, as this little tool has a lot of grunt due to its high speed. As a result, I use it to attack stubborn spots left from my other Sanders, it's great for that sort of job. If you can, modify the weak saw accessory into a point with a grinder to clean paint and old putty from gaps and cracks, it's literally hours of work saved from manually digging ... MoreExcellent tool, only let down by weak accessory blades. I've had this tool for a year and over that time used to make a custom trellis fence, fix existing trellis fencing and cut nails in awkward spots to remove things.The best tool for cutting stuff like trellis where a circular saw would just destroy it.Easy and safe to use, 3 ah battery from Ozito drill last ages, the blades are holding up remarkably well, quiet as far as multitools go, and great value. For the home handyman, can't go wrong
So glad I purchased this little beauty of a tool. Was a little skeptical at first given its $50 price tag but having other PXC tools from Ozito and batteries to suit, how could I go wrong.Turns out, it has come in way more useful than imagined ... even my wife uses it.Big thumbs up up here.
Needed to cut out parts of an old deck and after trying a circular saw, jig saw and even the chainsaw...I finally caved and added a multitool to the shed. This Ozito model made easy work of flush cutting out some old pine decking boards using the stock wood blade. The metal blade also made light work of some stubborn old nails. The speed control is responsive, the unit feels solid without being heavy and the only sore point is some of the rubber pads (cosmetic) have begun to lift. The quick release on this model (rather than the compact) is worth the extra $10!
The Ozito PXC 18V Multi Function Tool is very good value and meets almost all my expectations. The blades that came with the tool are fit for purpose. The tool is as quite as a more expensive one I have. The tool is very comfortable in the hand. It's only weakness is the poor quality sandpaper that comes with the tool. All bits of sandpaper repeatedly fell off the tool while in use. I had to purchase additional papers to enable the tool to be effective as a sander.
I’m trying to buy the complete Ozito collection and this is clearly on of their best tools. If you’re cutting in a difficult spot on metal, wood or plasterboard it’s so handy. Honestly one of the Best Buy’s for its price. My mates always borrow the tool too! Oh and you can sand with it, truly great product
Intermittently fails to start on full battery. This is the second identical tool ( I didn't want to waste the Ozito battery purchased before). Previous purchase of this tool had the same problem starting until it finally wouldn't start at all. This time I saved the docket and it's going back to Bunnings for a refund.
