Long story short, two fully charged, 18V 5.2Ah batteires should be used: I used two fully charged 2.5Ah batteires, and it wasn't long until both went flat. Also, when the motor is on, and the tank is being filled with compressed air, the unit moves about the floor a bit, which means I need to hold it steady. A tad annoying. But once the motor is off, and the tank is filled with air, it proves itself a good mobile air compressor. Given it's day 2, I'm not sure about it's longetivity, but if you follow the setup and care instructions, I think it'll go a good dustance.
