On a regular basis the blade becomes detached from the Grass Trimmer, which is most unsatisfactory.I regularly have to hunt for the detached blade which may have just been replaced.The blades also broke easily!I have spent far more on blades than what the Trimmer was worth.Overall, I would not have purchased the item if I was aware of the issues with the blades.Peter

This product was just $20, three years ago, in three years time this plastic went to $10 up, or just the bunnings profits, could you digest buying ordinary fragile pastic for $30. Which doesn't even last very long. Absolute shame the way bunnings raises some of its product prices.Not happy at all

I've had this trimmer for about 2 years, much easier than regular petrol ones. Best for soft weeds and lawn, great for pets, the blades fold in or detach when they hit something too hard, so no stress about accidental cuts. I get about 30mins solid use, great for uneven areas that are too hard to mow. Best to get a set of the spare blades if you might use it on tougher plants. Although the battery recharge does take a few hours. Neighbour's love how quiet it is, and it's nice a light to lift. Would definitely reccomend
