An exceptionally comfortable camp chair, with the ability to adjust the lumbar support. The fact that a table (sold separately) can be added is a bonus (and one of the main reasons I bought this particular product). The chair, itself, looks to be a quality product. The only negative consideration is that it is a slight challenge to reinsert into the chair bag (the padding makes it a snug fit. I'm sure that there's a knack to it ... just haven't found it yet.

This is the best picnic chair I have ever owned. The height is great for tall people. The cushioning is so comfortable that I often fall asleep in the chair during long boring games I am watching. The pockets are super convenient. Because it comes with a sturdy travel bag I have taken it on flights as checked baggage.

We have had the Oztent Goanna Chair for years and its still going strong. With growing kids and burning through too many cheap chairs to count we made the wise decision to invest in some camp chairs which will go the distance.Really well built and comfy. I love how the cover can be used as a head rest. This is a great feature. I love the stubby holders but apparently not much good for wine glasses... Feels solid. Quite comfortable despite med height back. Don't let the kids near them when cooking marsh mellows on the fire. A coal flicked off a marsh mellow went straight thru the first layer of seat fabric. Still usable as hole didn't tear and run further with use.
It’s a fantastic chair. For that price, it is a must.Strong, comfortable and solid. A touch heavy, but you’re not carrying that much that it’s a problem. The carry bag is awesome too. It’s strong and the chair fits in without an issue. Two insulated drinks holders and metal feet which is a bonus at this price point.
Firstly as always Snowy's provide excellent service and price. One of the Chairs sustained shipping damage and Snowy's where excellent in the way they handled this shipping damage issue. Chairs are nice and comfortable and are well made. Overall very happy with 2 King Goana chairs. Well done once again to the team at Snowy's.
It's one of the better camping chairs out there, nice and thick padded seat with arch support, the soft arms which I definitely prefer over the solid arms. It gets 4 stars not 5, because it would be nice to have a cup holder on the armrest itself, and the pouches down the side aren't very useful since they're so small. There should be one big pouch on one side, like the king kokoda chair. Its also difficult to get back into the bag, it needs a normal camp chair bag as opposed to the zip up one. Surprisingly I'd thought our king kokoda was difficult but this is definitely more so.Unfortunately I'd thought it was a hotspot but it turns out I bought the normal one instead! I had no idea there was two types of the same chair, why not just sell the hotspot.
This is a very sturdy well built chair. It’s very comfortable and I love that it has adjustable lumbar support and a tall back to lean head against. It is alittle heavier and bulkier to carry than our other chairs but we forget all about that when we sit in it…..definitely the best folding chair we have owned and we’ve owned alot!
After trying a large number of camp chairs, this was the one that was the strongest and most comfortable. I thought the chair was very comfortable prior to putting its bag in the headrest pocket but this simple step took the comfort to another level. I'm just over 6 foot (and 105 kg) and was able to sit naturally in the chair and rest my head against the head-rest - exactly what I was looking for in a camp chair. The metal brackets on the feet are a nice touch, as are the pockets on both sides of the chair. It's early days so I can't comment on the longevity of the chair but it appears to be well made and certainly a step up in build quality from the majority of the chairs on the market.
I've been using the King Goanna for a month now. Solid chair & I think it will go the distance. Great padding which makes for a comfortable seat. I'm 5'9 and due to the height of the chair you wouldn't want to be any shorter than me otherwise your feet wont touch the ground. It's a heavy chair so you wouldn't want to carry to far. Good size cooler holder, not sure if you needed the same on each side? maybe a bigger pouch on one side for a book instead. My previous chair was a Darche which was a bit more layed back & not so upright in the seat. I think i'd buy another one of these King Goanna's for the extra $20 over the Darche.
