I bought 2 of these for my kids and added the Oztrail Giga Earth matt underneath the mattress for a bit of extra comfort, worked out great!, The only issue I've had is when rolling them up with the Earth matt and sleeping bag inside, the straps are a little short, but I was still able to get them through the buckle with a little persistence.

I've had my expedition swag for a number of years, and being the first one I owned I can confidently say it doesn't owe me a thing! I still choose to take this guy camping when I couldn't be bothered setting my other swag up, this one just rolls out and you're done (I've never bothered pitching this one up properly either). Plus, it rolls up to next to nothing which means more room for beer. Would highly recommend this swag!

I'm a yank so my word might not count for much, but I bought this thing while traveling in the Northern Territories in the dead of summer.This is a no frills item and it serves the purpose. Spent almost a month living out of this thing and I'm glad I got one.My only advice is that you might want to upgrade the mattress. The fine with it as but it is on the thin side
The cover is good material. The straps to hold it rolled up are only just ok. The mattress is advertised as 5 cm is very compressed and is not 5cm thick anywhere. We unrolled it and thought it may expand but has not. Very poor mattress, more like 3.5 to 4 cm thick at best.
Rubbish, don't buy.
Very simple design and does what you expect. The lack of insect mesh is an issue but easily rectified with a mozzie net or by wearing a net etc over face if needed. Doesn’t stay as taunt as pictures imply but so far has kept water out. Rolls up small enough. Mattress isn’t great but can be upgraded. Purchase a bag and small tent pole or hiking pole and your good to go.
Good budget swag for the kids. The straps are not long enough to roll it with a sleeping bag inside. I had to purchase an additional strap to keep it rolled up.Overall, good swag for the kids and sleep overs.
The cover is lightweight, but ok. The mattress is way shorter than the cover??, and very thin, not 5cm as quoted. Passes as a lightweight swag for occasional or emergency use. We used a different mattress.
I bought 2 swags, one each for my daughters (aged 4 and 6) They thought they were the best presents ever and enjoy going camping as they get to use ‘their’ swags. The swags are a good size, I’m 5’9 and fit comfortably. Easy to roll up and strap.
