I had two broken poles and didn’t know how I was going to sort them. The guys in BCF were great and sold me one kit with some extra shock cord and I now have a fully functioning tent for camping this weekend!

Bought replacement poles to replace a pole that was splitting. The replacement was the right size as chosen by the shop assistant and all is now working fine.
Great product but comes in packs of 4 so it’s best to replace whole assembly with connection piece in the centre. Make sure you measure the assembled length of the old pole before assembling the new pole, making sure they are the same length. Make sure any cut sections are located in the middle of the assembly. Would be great if single sections were available but unfortunately they are supplied in packs of 4.
Easy to replace pole. And spares for later. Fits other branded poles as well.
Saves buying a new tent. Won't stop me looking, mind you...
Good replacement for my tent that isn’t an Oztrail. I did have to cut one a little shorter but it worked.
