I used it for the first time at the weekend, the crossbars at the top snapped before i even got it up, i had to use gaffa tape to keep it together so i could use it, it also leaked quite badly, ive tried to fill in the warrenty form on your website and cant get past my address, it wont let me go any further

Perfect! Easy to put up, pack down, and transport. Great size and kept us dry. We have the yellow and I love the bright colours. The customer service from Snowy’s is also fantastic!

Locking mechanism on legs failed. Silver horisonlat pin which holds mechanism in place keeps sliding out, then if not cought in time the whole mechanism just falls off. I had to use wire to secure one on the last camping trip (not ideal with kids around) and second one we could not save. It is an obvious fault in design as the same thing happened to a family friend. I read a response from Snowys to another similar feedback that it is an easy fix, however I lost my fate in this product.

Had it up 2 nights just before Xmas 2018. Set-up was easy and it outlasted with no ill effects a massive storm. 2nd night with crazy winds it did wobble a bit (no guy ropes attached) but handled it well. Very easy to pack as well and fits the vehicle well.
Good finish. Compact size. Fly proved to be quite waterproof. By no means is it heavy duty though so take care in strong winds.

Pro's - Canopy : Reinforced corners external. to help with finding the corners and for protection of the fabric. The vent in the apex of the roof to allow the wind gusts not to completely take off with the gazebo. These aren't quite as good as other models i've seen but an improvement on the predecessor. Frame: The buttons are larger. and easier to press. Cons: Frame: the large yellow buttons are assembled using a pin lever. I've used my gazebo only 3 times and under normal conditions and already had the pin slip and the button become unusable. The peg holes are centrally located on the feet, directly under the buttons to raise the height. Meaning you need to raise the gazebo before you can peg it down. This is just inconvenient and fiddly The round clip attachments on the the top of the legs to clip the (optional) walls to the corners of the gazebo frequently loosen and fall out. Canopy: The velcro tabs to hold the roof to the frame aren't well sewn. The reinforced sections along the edges of the roof to prevent rubbing also aren't well sewn i have 2 other friends who also purchased the newer model Oztrail and we're all experiencing the same problems.
Excellent gazebo very happy
So far, so good. I purchased the cheap model simply because of its compact size for transporting. Hopefully it holds up in a downpour. Only wish I could source a replacement canopy for when this one wears.

i needed yellow to match my other 3 stronger gazebos all oztrail ,i have used many over the last 9 years but this one is so light ,mary poppins weight, no crossbars,never never again will I purchase this 3mt compact gazebo, not suitable for my requirments
