Heavy gale force winds coming and going over a 6 week period - no probs using these screw in hex pegs and heavy duty guy ropes with wood blocks to hold up a large enclosed awning coming off a camper trailer and an industrial tarp sitting over the top of a swag. Highly recommend these screw in hex pegs. They will be passed on to our great great grand children.

Screw in pegs are much stronger than hammered in pegs. I had smaller ones that held the tarp secure in rain and 40 kmh winds. They did not move. So I bought these bigger ones that I will use in the corners

These drill in pegs are excellent, so quick to put in and quick and easy to remove. I've had my gazebo up in extreme high winds and it is so secure with these pegs.

These pegs are THE BEST. So easy to install and remove. No more scraped knuckles removing stubborn hammer pegs in hard ground. Perfect for caravan parks.
I have an OzTent RV4 and I use the fly sheet, that’s 20 pegs usually. Hex pegs are a dram to set and no swinging the mallet. Removal is as easy and they come out so clean, no mud sticking. I carry an impact wrench for wheel changes and it’s the perfect tool for these pegs, there is no kickback in the hand when the pegs seat themselves Now no fatigue at all in setting up camp, great product.
I'm not a camping person so when I had to buy a gazebo I researched to find products which would make my life easier. Not only are they way easier to use than traditional tent pegs, they are strong, the gazebo is secure. Can't go past these beauties.
Hex Pegs are a genius idea and the quality of the product is excellent, heavy steel with thick rubber fitting. Just swap your hammer for a cordless drill, easy peasy. Worth every cent.
Peace of mind in a tent peg - after a couple of issues on my last camping trip with awnings , purchased these , and couldn't be happier .. Problems solved
We purchased 10 plus drill bit for our RV5 tent. Worked perfect in very windy weather.
These were a fantastic idea for saving time and sweat when setting up the campsite. The only ' improvement' I could suggest is that they fit a 19mm socket rather than 15mm...that way only one socket extension would be required to do both the caravan legs, and the annex/matting pegs.
