Used over Easter. Broke on the 3rd day of 5 days. A top plastic knuckle failed and the seat corner tore out of its mount. Used by 3 males, one of which I'm suspicious would have been stretching the maximum rated weight of the chair.Purchased to help save ailing knees. Cover flap just gets in the way and is unnecessary. Ones posterior sinks well into the seat which made wiping a contortionist exercise and may have contributed to its ultimate failure of the chair. Chair was set up in a privacy tent restricting room. This chair would be suited to lighter people and kids I think. That said it performed well for us until its failure, after all it is a camping toilet, some compromises need to be considered.

Looks sturdier then my last loo which broke under my weight into the hole I dug at 3am. Was messy. Let's hope this one holds up better. Oh and fyi cheaper than eBay! #winning cheers guys!

Bought two one for a mate. One is currently located at the Birdsville Tip. First use all screws loose a seat collapsed. Utilised spares box to fix toilet seat. The other was stowed away and not used.

Unfortunately I didn't like this product at all. It's way too flimsy, and when you sit on it, you kind of sink down into it. That makes it really hard to reach down and wipe. The design is also really tricky to keep clean. There are little gaps under the seat where – let's call it "matter" – can get trapped. When you flap the lid back, it's just dangling and waiting to get splashed. And there are so many little grooves and holes on the feet, of course they're going get filthy. I ended up just chucking this out and getting the Kookaburra Bush Dunny instead. It's only a little more expensive and I much prefer it.
Lost the first chair so had to buy a new one. Think this one is even better construction than the previous one. Fast efficient delivery. Keep up the good work Snowys.

I am so happy with this item. When I first saw it I thought, hmm, doesn't look to stable BUT it is sturdy as. I have tried it at home and now can't wait to take it camping. Might just be the best piece of camping equipment I've ever bought.
I previously had a chair similar which saw over 25yrs of loyal service before it failed. Since receiving this we've only taken it on one trip, but so far so good! Hope to get 25yrs from this one.
Took one of these bad boys to Murchison Station, even those among us who resisted the urge to try (Looking at you Dave) eventually succumbed to peer pressure and fell i love with the genius, comfort and sheer elegance in simplicity that is the OZtrail Quadrafold Toilet Chair. In the end we forgot to take it with us, we were gutted and played The Last Post over the 2-way. This chair will not grow old, as we that are left will grow old... purely because its made of industrial grade plastic... Absolutely Legendary
Excellent product for someone with knee problems who can not squat. The chair is good. The plastic cover for storing the chair is not durable and has already started getting holes in it.
