Airer works a treat. However I've purchased several items from GoodGuys and received messages saying if I view the digital receipt I will get a $10 voucher....$50 at least never received. A receipt for over $1000 is missing from my 'history' I have provided copies of the receipt and been assured the purchase will be added to my purchase history...nope 3 months since the assurance.About to renovate a kitchen...Appliances something might be my business... but if the $50 voucher hit me...

This Pacifica extendable clothes airer has proven most useful during the winter months for airing & drying off clothing , especially for those items not suitable for placing in the dryer. The airer is able to be easily positioned to catch the sunshine both indoors & out. Its extendable wings are useful for pegging up smaller items to dry.

This airer is nice and big, with extandable sides provides a lots of space for your 2 washings. Legs a bit wobly and its a bit noisy but so far it stand well. Only time will tell how long it will last before corrosion kicks in as we live right on the cliff with extreme weather. Owerall good product. We have it for about 2 months now.
Large with good capacity but there are few annoying oversights. The side arms do not lock, so cannot be easily stored upright without the lower arm extending. When up, the legs do not lock into place, so easy for toddlers to knock it over.
The stand can fit a lot of clothes which is great. However, the Legs do not hold themselves when folded. The extendable areas keep popping out when trying to move it. There is no locking mechanism on both the legs and the extendable arms which is extremely annoying. The good guys also had no option to ship to the closest store for free pick up. Had to pay $10 for shipping which i thought was absolute overkill when the closest Good guys is really 200m away.
Had this product for a couple of months now. Its' a great product, sturdy, extendable arms on either side that can be folded away when not in use. Shoes can also be dried with its shoe drying rack. Wish it had a folding lock mechanism, when moving it around the extendable arms don't lock into place and also the stand legs dont have a feature to lock into place. So it does accidently extend during transportation. Otherwise a good product.
I ordered the extendable clothes Airer but received the 3 tiered clothes Airer instead. I emailed GoodGuys to ask what I should do, received an email saying I would hear from them within 2 working days & it's been 2 weeks and I've not heard from them. As I don't have a car and they haven't answered me I am stuck with the larger rack, which has paint scratched off the side from roughened rubbing on it.
I find this airer a real time saver. When I do my washing I just use the heater and clothes airer to dry my clothes, Im saving on extra energy by not using the dryer and in winter I leave the clothes on the airer in the pre heated room, by morning they are dry and ready to. Put away. It holds a fair load of washing and the smalls clips ensure your undies and socks dry without taking up space. I havent tried the shoe holder but what a great idea.
I bye 2 x so it is big enough to put on king size downer totally flat , on a sunny day, it dries in no time at all. Definitely recommend this , youll never look back. You are going to wonder how did you managed without it before
