A few months ago I bought a Black 'Packer' Rain Jacket (XL). I was happy with the product's appearance and quality. My wife decided to order 2 ...both a black one and a light-blue one for herself. Her black jacket was fine, but the blue one STINKS of some sort of chemical!! (Somewhat like turpentine smell). We washed and aired it outside for days, but it still gives us a headache. Strange how different the two were!

Once again Blank Clothing has come to the rescue! My son needed a rain jacket for soccor. As I’ve previously purchased from them, they were the first place I looked. Lucky bonus was they had it in red, and the correct size, plus it was also on sale. I paid for express postage and received it the following week ready for his next game.My son has outgrown the regular sized clothing for kids his age and Blank Clothing has made my life easier by supplying great quality clothes and the sizes fit brilliantly. Excellent customer service and follow up, recommend them to any one.
I haven't tested this jacket in heavy rain yet, but I am confident that it will do the job. I bought an XS and normally wear a ladies size 10. The fit is generous, but not too overly so. I was especially happy with communication from the customer service staff and the timely delivery.
Happy with rain jacket. Delivery prompt and we were kept in touch the whole way with the progression as it came. Recommended.

Being unisex sizing, unfortunately the jacket was too big. As i needed the jacket for a holiday trip and on advice from your customer service representative i purchased a second smaller sized jacket and nominated express post in the hope it will arrive by the end of this week, in time for my trip. I was also advised to return the first oversized jacket.I have since returned the first jacket, with some difficulty, as after i had purchased a prepaid officeworks postal envelope ($12) i was told by a second customer service representative that i could only return to a PO Box which officeworks postal service doesn't deliver to. Fustrated i posted the return jacket, with a covering letter, to your warehouse address displayed on google. The jackets are too short. They need to be long enough so you can sit on them and not get a soggy bum from a wet seat. It is only a little bit longer, would make all the difference. Should fold up into itself with a pocket becoming its own pouch.
