I have travelled with it three times now and use it quite a bit as an everyday bag because the size is perfect and can be adjusted when you need more space. I gave it three stars because within 6 months the gold details are peeling and have tarnished making the bag look less attractive. I am highly disappointed as the gold really made it more elegant and surprising given the quality of the other materials used as well as the price. Something to consider when choosing which bag to buy. Maybe have to try my luck with a bag that has darker metal accents. Otherwise, it's fabulous!

I love the PacSafe CitySafe Crossbody bags. This is my second one. The first one was black, and the second one is merlot because it matches my wardrobe better. They are big enough to fit everything I need and they are good-looking enough to use in place of a purse on a trip. Yay!

I bought this as a travel purse as I like the flexibility of the two strap positions to allow for a water bottle or larger items during the day and to make it smaller for evening purposes. The bag is good quality and the strap is not adjustable with security features but is also removable if you want to use a custom strap. I got the black as it looks very stylish and can be dressed up or down.Hugely recommend Pacsafe and the great luggage.co.nz service :)

I have two of these—one in the merlot and one in black. After using the merlot one as part of my travel luggage, I found that I wanted to keep carrying my stuff in it when I got home. I can put a small ID wallet, a pouch with my hand sanitizer, Clorox wipes, travel size lotion. I have 3 pens, my keys, lip balm. I can even carry my iPad Pro inside when I need to carry with me to a meeting. Love, love, love that it fits all of my essentials without a heavy briefcase or handbag. The heaviest thing I carry in the bag are my keys—too many keys. The only WISH I have for this bag is a key fob or hook. I put a silicone zip tie on the inside zipper and use that to attach my EarPod case and there is a pocket where I stuff my keys.
I'm so happy with this bag. I bought it for travel, but have ended up using it every day. It isn't huge, but it can be enlarged as needed. It also works great for a more formal evening since it folds down and looks very nice. I'm looking forward to traveling around Europe with it!

This bag is really good for travel and I feel more secure been able to attach my bag to chairs when eating out. It could have been improved by adding an extra security tab to the main zip like the smaller one. I love the lining makes it easy to find my items and the added card protection pocket is perfect.Paid for standard delivery and the bag arrived next day and was packaged well.The bag could benefit from a strap inside to attach a purse or keys.I loved my mini torch that was sent as a freebie with my bag which matches the bag.The bag has enough room for essentials.

Originally bought it to have a smaller purse while traveling (as opposed to my daypack or a larger messenger-style purse), but I may use it as a daily purse as well, as I like the versatility of being able to fold it down into a smaller bag.
