I tend to be disappointed when purchasing bags online, because the sizing or the material is off, but I was pleasantly surprised with this! I purchased it for an upcoming trip to Rome and have been testing it as my commute bag for the past few weeks. I ride public transit in San Francisco, and while pick pocketing hasn't ever been an issue here, I feel so much more confident with my valuables! I fit my 13" MacBook Air, a book, and even a full packed lunch inside, along with all the other "just in case" necessities one may need. The side pockets actually snugly fit a 32oz water bottle, which was just icing on the cake!My only complaint is the size of the straps. I am 5'8", ~130lbs, athletic build with somewhat broad shoulders for a female, but petite around the ribcage and waist. For my body type, the straps are far too loose on their tightest setting, so the bag sits quite a bit lower on my back than I prefer. I wish I could take them in another 2-3 inches. Exacerbating that issue is the material--it's got a lovely premium look and feel, but it's very smooth and the straps slide open easily, making them much too long as I walk. I have to readjust them every day, since the clasp that is supposed to hold them to the size relies on friction to do so, and the material doesn't allow for much friction to hold it in place.BUT - that complaint is minor compared to how much I ended up loving this bag! Previously I've relied on FjallRaven and Patagonia trail backpacks for my commute, but this bag just looks so much nicer for work, and has just as much functionality. The safety features only take a minute to figure out, and they're easy to lock and unlock once you're familiar with how they work. I'm already back looking for another bag from the same company! Definitely recommend.

Purchased the black and it's gorgeous. I was using a leather backpack purse of a little smaller size and it was not comfortable at all to use and I couldn't fit all my things and it and find them. The straps on this backpack and the carry handle are very comfortable! Plus I also have extra space and it makes it easy to find everything! It's also lightweight and attractive and fits over my winter coat. The only drawback to this bag for me would be the zipper style. I wish they would make this pack so that the zipper was attached at both ends because it takes two hands to grab the end of the zilper and zip it closed. Not a deal breaker though and still 5 stars. I also switched out my wallet and bought the organizer wallet by PacSafe and I love it! The lanyard on it ...Ā MorePurchased the black and it's gorgeous. Trust me, I looked them up. This was crucial for me.Things I love about this bag (in Econyl black):- That itās made from recycled fishing nets. As a bonus, it doesnāt have blingy gold bits and a horrible pink lining.- You can get away with a lot as a āpersonal itemā getting on flights, but knowing for sure that the bag is small enough is one less thing to worry about.- When you wear it as a front pack with your backpack on, Itās easy to open and get things out of, for example your passport at airports.- It fits a good bit in and is really good quality, but itās not too big. And it's structured, this means I canāt stuff it full of crap, and it will definitely fit under the plane seat.- The way it opens right up is really useful when you are looking for things.- Itās understated but still looks a bit posh. This means you can travel with it, but it gives you confidence at job interviews and for work assignments once you reach your destination. If youāre in a city location where you donāt immediately stand out as a traveller, you can blend in more easily.- The top two handles are very useful if youāre already carrying a backpack, or if you want to use it in briefcase mode.- It is a simple and effective design with just about the right amount of really useful pockets.- It has two side pockets that are big enough for a proper-sized water bottle (mine is 600ml), not just a small one.- The case strap - itās a game changer!- Iām currently living in a safe European city, but the locking and security features still give me peace of mind.Things I don't like about it:- That it's marketed as a 'women's bag' - why? Surely bags are bags and you should just choose based on your needs and style preference. In general I think Pacsafe shouldnāt gender their products, especially as not everyone identifies as male or female. This bag is good for all genders.- As others have said, the zip can be tricky to do up, you need a bit of time sometimes, and you do need to get used to it. Thankfully, if you need to grab and go in a hurry, you can use the top handles with the popper to close it up as you carry it, so it's not gaping for the time it takes to get off your bus or move away from the till or whatever. Do not let this stop you buying this bag. It's not that annoying, it's just not perfect.- Itās not ideal for hiking but it works. I wanted a bag that could do it all and this almost does it all. Thatās good enough for me. :-)

Got this in black and itās my favorite bag right now. I was debating between this one and the smaller size (mini). I think the mini would be good for shorter trips around town when you donāt want to carry much. But Iām a pack rat and like to be prepared with the option to carry a lot. I also liked that this bigger version has an exterior sleeve that you could slide over the handles of a rolling suitcase, which the smaller version doesnāt have. I donāt think the front small pocket would prevent theft because it would be easy to slide the zipper through the loop that is supposed to ālockā it. Just keep your valuables at the bottom of the main compartment and I donāt see how a thief could get to it without you noticing. This holds a surprising amount: right now I have mine packed with a pair of flip flops, a pair of sneakers, a lightweight fast drying towel, a wallet, a headphones case, a guidebook, and a full change of workout clothes in the main compartment. I will definitely keep using this bag even at home. Happy with my purchase.

What can I say, itās really the perfect all rounder for light to moderately heavy packing to get around with day to day.I was initially worried itās too big for days where I donāt take a laptop and all my bits, but it doesnāt look bulky on even when lightly packed. When you do need to pack a lot, it takes a lot. I can comfortably fit a 16inch laptop, two puffers, umbrella, little cosmetic bag, cap, power bank, chargers, etc.The pouches on the sides fit a large water bottle. I used one for water, and the other for my umbrella. The straps are comfy all day long; we walked a lot on our recent trip, at least 15km a day, they never dug into me or felt like I needed to adjust them. When getting on and off transport I carried my backpack by die top handles, which also helps take the strain off your back a bit if youāre loaded and need a bit of a break.Im very impressed with the overall quality, all the zips and other security clips are strong and well made. Youāre not getting into this bag easily. And lastly. Being a girl, I wanted a bag that is not ugly. I love the simplistic design, and minimal branding.Love my bag, I canāt recommend it enough.
I own two of these BackpacksāBlack and Merlot. This bag is beautiful looking and functional. I love all of the safety features. My plan is to use this pack and perhaps use either my PacSafe crossbody purse or PacSafe briefcase. In a compression cube, Iāll roll fold a travel skirt, travel pants, merino wool long sleeve tee, a travel dressy top, a silk v neck tee and a silk nighty. Iāll bring my iPad Pro, chargers, and travel Midori with an insert for business notes and a separate insert as my mini journal for the days away. Iāve condensed my toiletries to absolute needs: a bamboo toothbrush and travel tooth paste; sample perfume glass mini bottles filled with oils/liquids I absolutely need. I use a stick of shea butter for moisturizing my legs and body. I have a sample size of Dove soap and my special face wash bar in sample size. I give all of this detail as a way to show how much can fit in this 17L pack along with a purse or brief case for travel. Since airlines are unduly charging extra fees for carry on bags but will allow a personal item, this Backpack is considered a personal item. We can do it Girlies!
Positive: We have planned a trip to Scotland this summer and I wanted to purchase something that I could use for a purse, carry on and all around useful container for travel that was not a rolling suitcase, duffel, or such. I teach cello and string bass at a college. I have been carrying this bag for about 3 weeks and using it as my purse in order to get familiar with it. I have taken two trips with it, gone to a museum, to restaurants, theatres, stores, many busy places. I liked that I could lock the bag, put it on by back and carry on. I can even get my small portable stand light into this bag and roll up a light jacket or sweater for safe keeping and convenience. I found it a little challenging learning how to lock the various openings of the bag, but I can handle them now without too much frustration. See below:1. negative: I do find it a bit tedious having to first pull one zipper up to the middle and then the other in order to lock the bag. I would prefer that the bag could be closed without having to put it down, zip up one side, then the next, then lock. I would prefer to be able to lock the bag while I hold it with one hand and use the other hand to close all zippers and locks. It felt unsafe to have to put the bag down in order to make it safer/lock it. That is the only negative I have.
Your site has too many great choices, but I finally settled on this backpack for a new commuter bag. It's pretty much perfect. Along with tons of well-placed pockets, smoothly working zippers, one of the best features is the main opening, which stays open so you can search the contents without having it flop shut. I also appreciate that it can stand up without propping it against a stationary object. Security locks are easy to maneuver. And I love that it's made with recycled materials. It remains to be seen how water-resistant it is, or how sturdy, but I'm very pleased so far. Thank you for a high quality product!
I just used the Citysafe CX Anti-Theft Backpack for a flight and was absolutely pleased by its functionality and look. The trolley strap was an essential as it allowed me to easily attach it to my small roller bag carry on and access what I needed. The handles are also an excellent feature, making the bag a regular "bag" instead of a backpack, serving dual puposes. When on the plane, the bag fit perfectly under the seat. The opening at the top and flat bottom are excellent features for allowing the bag to sit upright, be loaded/offloaded. My only disappointment is that the inside is not pink as I had expected. The trolley strap was an essential as it allowed me to easily attach it to my small roller bag carry on and access what I needed. Great, fashionable but practical styling. Discrete security feature's. Easy access to the main compartment as the top opens like a Drās case. Plan to use it with a camera cube inside, itāll be less obvious than a camera bag. Water bottle pockets are a decent size, front pocket & internal organisation pockets are useful. Bought the grey- itās a lovely soft grey but very pale- with hindsight the black wouldāve been more practical for everyday use however grey looks less severe. Great bag, excellent features & itās showerproof!
