It's an awesome product which gives you much more freedom from dragging a floor vac around and forever changing power points as you run out of cord. The Superpro has a long cord which enables us to complete the entire 1st floor of our house without changing power points. The unit is lightweight whilst having great suction on both wooden and carpeted floors.I just have to remember that i have a unit on my back when turning around in a narrow hallway.

Amazing vacuum I own 3 of them now. The only down side is the paper bags break EVERY time. You need to purchase separately the fabric ones. Also the cord is a nightmare and is very grippy gets stuck on everything.

No better vacuum on the market in my opinion. Reliable. Easy to clean and maintain. I've had mine for two months now but have used them before in commercial environments where a reliable vacuum was a must. After 20+ years in the cleaning industry this is the vacuum I trust.
Great unit, very comfortable. Light weight handle so easy on the arms. Head is narrow and flat so great for getting under furniture and in between door stops and walls etc. Large bags & easy empty make it a fast process. Isn’t the best at getting pet hair off carpet, just takes a little time.Overall, really good product.

This is an age old problem going back to 30 year old vacuum cleaners and I am amazed they have not fixed this with a locking arrangement. Vacuuming is an action that essentially involves pushing forward and then pulling back. The handle comes out a 100 times during a normal session for my big house. So tiring and annoying. This is 2nd purchase of this vacuum cleaner. I love the back pack design, so ergonomic for the back. The suction is fantasitc and you can just empty the dust compartment into the bin or compost. Vacuu. Spares were great to deal with. No fuss, easy transaction and very prompt delivery.very satisfied.
Great suction, easy to use and good value for money. The only thing I could really fault is the tool belt doesn't actually fit the 3 additional attachments supplied. This doesn't alter my score. It's just me being picku!

Well- designed and strikes me as good quality.I have found it is too heavy on my back, unfortunately. 5 kgs isn’t so much but a bit too much for a 68 yr old with hip/ knee issues.I just use the handle to move the backpack around. The turbo head is necessary for carpet, imo.
