If you're of a smaller stature this chair is a great fit.I can press myself against the back rest without having the back of my knees rub against the edge of the cushion.Neutral back and seat cushion means you can comfortable adjust your posture in a more flexed or extended position. Firm back and seat cushioning, doesn't sink.Adjustable arm rests, firm padding too.Nice hard plastics, nothing bends, flexes or twists oddly.Took about 10 minutes to build.Nice simple construction but very well built, perfect for a smaller person.Fork out the extra 40-50 for a higher back rest version if you're on the computer heaps.For comparison I've had a Herman Miller Sayl, this Pago is comparable in build quality but certainly fits much better.

I was looking for pink chair and found this one. I was hesitant because I have never had a chair as expensive as this one. My previous chair was from a well known brand, while it was good, it was for someone taller than me. I am 161cm and this chair is perfect. I can finally have chair arms as they are fully adjustable. It is so padded, so comfortable and looks amazing!

Its a really nice looking chair, I love the colour and size of it! However, It does give me hip/back pain. The arm rests are also SO HARD that its caused me really horrible elbow pain aswell. I dont hate it enough to send back though, its decent. If getting this chair I highly recommend getting foam arm rest padding aswell atleast.

Its a really nice looking chair, I love the colour and size of it! However, It does give me hip/back pain. The arm rests are also SO HARD that its caused me really horrible elbow pain aswell. There were no reviews for the product when I went to purchase it, so I thought I would leave my own. I am a student and landed on the appealing design and comfort, having not heard of the Pago brand before. My favorite feature is the adjustable arm height; it is smooth to operate and it makes it so the chair can slide underneath my desk.The bottom legs do come quite high up from the floor, but don't really take away from its usability. While a pretty common sense build, it would've been helpful if the instructions were a little more clear. Despite looking, I found no assembly videos online.Besides this, I am really happy with my purchase. It is a very comfortable chair.
