These are my favourite brand of all the options but I don’t like that this size is like 2 little circles so you don’t get the full benefit of 20x10cm. I find I need 2 of the regular ones which are 13x10cm each instead

Great product, but wish they were a little longer. The medium size is my favourite for money-value and versatility. On a bad week, this pack would last three days and I'd feel wasteful.
These are such a lifesaver and SO much more affordable when you buy at Chemist Warehouse as they are often half price. Excellent for back and pelvic pain. Highly recommend for period pain too!
