Base is what you pay for. Solid easy to build. Shipment came in 3 seperate deliveries 3 seperate days with no notice from courier company that being said not worth $90 delivery fee from both companies being 30 min away
I AM ABSOLUTELY APPALLED AT THIS COMPANY THEY REFUSED MY REFUND BECAUSE THE END OF THE BOX WAS TAPED THE REASON WAS IT WAS COMING UNDONE BUT THEN I WAS TOLD IT WAS BECAUSE IT MIGHT GET DAMAGED WHEN RETURNED WHAT A JOKE THEY DIDNT THINK ABOUT THAT WHEN SELLING THE BED. I AM TAKING THIS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF FAIR TRADING AND WILL FIGHT IT ALL THE WAY AS IT WAS NEVER OPENED. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY
I was in complete shock when the delivery was 3 boxes !! I had ordered a bed base for a single mattress.... what I got was a leggo set of wooden pieces to assemble into a base for my mattress... then to top it off the delivery company HUNTER EXPRESS driver refused to bring into my apartment and left it in the foyer of my building leaving me absolutely distraught with no one help me bring these boxes into my apartment ... a disaster and I will never order from MYDEAL or PALERMO again ... I dragged each box on my own along the floor into my apartment .... I then had to pay $100 to have the bed base assembled .. it was so complicated and required electric drills and tools..... never ever again
