My home made sausage roll recipe: grated carrot and zucchini, onion, tomato sauce, herbs, sausage mince, 2 pieces bread soaked in milk, an egg, mix it all together and egg wash the pastry so it’s golden brown. Your children will love these... I guarantee it. If they don’t I will come over and cook them myself because you’re probably doing it wrong.

Love Pampas puff pastry. Sheets are easy to separate, re freezes well. When cooked it’s so flaky and tasty!

I make on a weekly basis my own tuna rolls and sausage rolls, and this is the pastry I buy to do so. It doesn't crack at the edges, which is super annoying from other brands, and it cooks up superbly. Quality and a fair price too to make great meals that my children love to eat. It's hard being dairy free too, but these are great because no dairy!! I must confess, a packet (or 2) goes into my online shop once a week.

After buying the plainer brands for many a years for weekly pie cooks for our now family of 7, we recently tried these... the crust is there people- it’s not soggy or flat... this pastry made them eat it! :)

I find this pastry so easy to use. I enhance its flakiness by adding melted butter with a brush. It freezes well, bakes well, and tastes great with sweet or savoury fillings and toppings.
