I have done 5k, 10k and a Hyrox (8k with functional workouts) in this bra and it has not aggravated my skin at all. I usually really struggle with sports bras, as they make my back hurt or give me a headache. I thought I’d try an encapsulation style bra, I had been using very tight sports yoga tops but wanted to start running and increase intensity. It does make your boobs more prominent, but I wear a loose running shirt (Lululemon relaxed fit). I bought one of these a while ago for running. It's amazing. No movement at all and it's comfortable, not too hot and adjustable to be a perfect fit. It's so good I bought another one recently. It does say hand wash only, but I've found it is fine if you put it in a laundry bag in the machine on a 30 degree wash thankfully and no damage. really good product, I'd highly recommend. I'm a 32DD and it absolutely stops anything moving when I run. The one thing I'm not so keen on with the black version (my first was the grey one) is that it's made of more artificial material where the grey one is cotton mix, which feels a bit better, but I've not had any issues with either really.

I’ve been looking for a supportive running bra that’s comfortable for years and years. Literally. Years. This panache bra is utterly amazing and I am so happy I’ve found it because I’m going to buy more!! So comfortable, keeps the girls in place when I run. Absolutely love the hook at the back to make the straps like a cross. It’s so easy to reach back when it’s on and put the hook in place or take it out. I find it’s much more supportive with the hook in place for running and then I un hook myself as soon as I’ve finished the run. It’s also a really attractive bra and quite flattering. For a time my underbust was just under 28 inches and at that time a 28 back size fit well, but once my underbust measurement was back over 28.5 inches it started to feel too tight, so would not recommend sizing down in the back.
This is my new favorite bra! I’m big boobs small back. My size is sooo hard to find. This is a sports bra which means it’s tight but fits comfortably and smoothly… just what bigger chested gals need! I’m going to use it as an everyday bra. Sometimes bigger chested women really need the firm support of a sports bra — all the time! I’m so pleased. This bra is literally an answer to my prayer. And it fits very snugly on my first fitting on the first set of hooks, usually it’s the last. I’ve actually had to alter bras for years to fit me. This one is perfect right out of the bag! I thought maybe I had got bigger (and my old ones were stretched out to fit) but when comparing my new bra with the old one of the same size, the new one was definitely smaller in the cup. I generally fluctuate between a 30FF and 30G in this style, most of the time in the FF but go up to the G just before my period is due, but I found the FF cup one a tad too small this time. This trussed me up like a Christmas turkey so good for high impact use. I returned it because it is too thick and padded in synthetic fabric and I think it will be too hot and sweaty and uncomfortable to wear on a run. I have a lovely cotton mixed breathable sports bra which gives me plenty of support seems to have been discontinued, so I’m trying to find something to replace it before it falls apart. I will keep looking and hoping. It was also way too big on the band side. Since I last brought a bra over five years ago, it seems that bra sizing has changed so just a warning to anyone else buying bras. You will have to buy a smaller backside to get it to fit you. This was too big.
I am an avid runner. After many recommendations for this sports bra, I decided to give it a try. On their website, they suggested I try a different size based on the daily brand bra I wear (Third Love) and size. After a week, it came in. I tried it on and was disappointed it did not fit. Looking back I wish I didn't go with their recommendation for my size and instead stick with what I normally wear. However, even if it did fit, I didn't feel it was very supportive. There was too much movement still and the cut was too low for running. The Pro though is they do seem as if they are good quality in how they are made and the fabric.
