I have purchased it today 14.01.2021 and just noticed it is expiring Feb 2021. Just only valid for 16 days. Contact Chemist and they said that they are not responsible for this.Please check the expire before buy.

Classic paracetemol, works great to reduce those low-grade fevers that don't require any proper follow-up. Good for little moments of pain, or lowgrades. Any increased temps post administration - please talk to a professional nurse or doc of course!
Have been buying this product for my baby who’s teething! Has been a godsend. She’s more settled and not in as much pain when getting some panadol. Also finds the taste not so bad compared to some brands.
Works quickly and effectively. Used for fever with 6 week injections. Made baby more comfortable and less irritable during recovery. Syringe is easy to use, squeeze into cheek slowly. The syringe comes apart easily into 2 pieces for easy cleaning after each use. Baby not fussed about flavour but smells sweet.
Fantastic product, worked well. My little Premmie had a cold and had a fever. It worked really fast. It tacked the fever.
Open topped bottle makes EXTREMELY hard to syringe out while baby in arms screaming. Also if toddler gets lid off or bump it all the liquid comes out. Needs to be more child proof. Small bottle yet big doses especially as i've twins bottle doesnt go far during teething.
The medication itself I'm sure works perfectly well but the flavour has made it a nightmare to dose my infant. Save your money and go with dymadon orange.
Great flavor for buba. He likes it and rakes it well. Helps with teething and fever.
