It is also effective in reducing fever and is gentle on the stomach. Panadol Rapid is suitable for breastfeeding mothers and reduces fever. It lasts up to 6 hours. For adults and children over 12 years, take 2 caplets every 4 to 6 hours as required, with a maximum of 8 caplets in 24 hours.
